Professional Embroidery Digitizing
At first glance, digitizing art for embroidery machines seems a simple and straightforward procedure that almost anyone with computer skills can do.
This is true to a point; however knowing how to work punching software is only the first step.
Converting flat art, a screen, or a printed image into an embroidery file requires years of experience with embroidery machines and working with an array of fabrics -- and, it's also essential to know the embroidery production process.
We have that knowledge and experience.. Starting with a single mechanical embroidery machine in 1987, through dedication to quality and customer service we became a large-scale operation with 200 embroidery heads and several screen printing machines.
Now, with all this experience behind every design we deliver, we focus entirely on digitizing.
We use the most advanced digitizing software available, Wings XP Although Wilcom is the most widely used digitizing software, we prefer Wings XP because it is designed and programmed to produce higher quality sew outs.
